Yes, we love celebrating the minor holidays - with hats and bow ties and suspenders and glasses...all of it, especially in March when there's not much going on.  We had corned beef and cabbage followed by the most delicious Shamrock Shakes.  Happy Saint Paddy's Day! 

(Anders and Morgan weren't' with us, 

but sent us a photo with their "Lucky" glasses on.)

Anders was Nana the dog in Peter pan, and Nana's character is know for her protective and maternal nature often expressed through actions rather than words.  (a lot like Anders!)  He was also a very fierce pirate.  Morgan was Wendy and she was absolutely a perfect Wendy.  What a fun and delightful play for them to be a part of!  

 

College Visits Round 2

Kuba has started on his college visits.  It's so complicated, this process of choosing. He has already looked at UVM and Middlebury. 
This round was a group of 5 schools in NY, NJ, and Connecticut.

Skidmore, Bard, Wesleyan, Vassar and Connecticut College.

Most are smaller colleges - about two thousand students.
All were nice, but who knows!  It's all about the package he gets isn't it?
