Teacher Gifts

Teacher gifts for the season are packed up and ready to go.  Simple gifts, homemade Swedish pepparkakor, and a mug.  When I was a classroom teacher I loved getting little gifts from my students.  The simpler the better.  It was a moment of pause when I felt appreciated and loved.  I think about this each year when I help the boys get things ready for all their teachers at school.   Even the lunch ladies get something!
