Anders had his third birthday and is officially three! This was the first year he got to pick out what he wanted for his birthday dinner, and Anders chose oatmeal! What a meal it was!Yummy warm oatmeal with Vermont maple syrup, assorted dried fruits and nuts for the topping, and fresh fruit salad. To top it all off, we had birthday cupcakes that Anders helped make for dessert.
