Kuba's 4th grade class was featured in a film about creativity, The Creative Brain. You can see it on Netflix, or even purchase the dvd on Amazon. His class doesn't show up until 46 minutes into the film, but you'll see them and Kuba even is caught on film responding to a prompt.
